DEFINITIONS

• Company – Private individual Nikita Dykyi.

• Personal Data – Any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

• Personal Data Processing – The implementation of actions or a set of actions in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating and modification, extraction, use, provision, access, blocking, deletion, and destruction – both with and without the use of automated data processing tools.

• Application – The SigmApp mobile application, administered by the Company as a communication platform for user productivity (hereinafter referred to as the SigmApp Application).

• User – Any capable individual or legal entity who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and uses the Company’s Application and services.


1. SCOPE AND CONSENT

The personal data of the Application users is processed in compliance with relevant laws, including the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Law on Personal Data and their Protection and other international standards. By using the Application, the User agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in this policy. The Application collects and processes the following personal data:

• Username

• Email address

• Geolocation

• Messages shared through the CometChat service

By registering and using the Application, the User provides consent to process their personal data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.


2. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Account Registration

• Users are required to register to use the Application. Registration can be completed via email, Google account, or Apple ID.

• The data collected during registration includes:

• Name
• Email address
• Geolocation
• Messages shared via CometChat

Third-Party Services The Company integrates the following third-party services:

• Unsplash: Geolocation data is shared with Unsplash for analytics purposes.

• CometChat: User messages are stored in a secure database.

Geolocation Data

Geolocation data is collected and processed to enhance the functionality of the Application and is shared with Unsplash for analytics.

Data Retention

• User data is stored as long as the User does not delete their account.

• When a User deletes their account, all associated data is permanently removed.


3. USER RIGHTS

Users have the following rights:

• Access: Users can access their data through their account.

• Modification: Users can edit or update their data in the Application.

• Deletion: Users can delete their account, which will also remove all associated data.

Requests for data-related actions can be submitted via the “Profile Settings” section.


4. SECURITY

The Company ensures the security of personal data using:

• Data encryption through Firebase (Firestore Database, Storage, Auth)

• Secure authentication methods for user accounts

All data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.


5. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND TRACKING

The Application does not use cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies.


6. POLICY UPDATES

The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on the official website of the Application. In the future, the Company plans to implement a notification system to inform Users of policy changes.
